Shipping policy

For U.S. domestic orders, ground shipping is free! Items are packaged and shipped within 1-4 business days via USPS, UPS or other local carriers and should be received within 5-8 business days from shipment. On the day the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

For international shipping, please inquire about rates *before* placing an order using the contact form. 

All orders ship with insurance covering loss or damage *during transit*. In case of damage during shipping, please take pictures of all pieces as well as the box and packaging, and send to info@danachiecostudio.com along with your order # and a message within 48 hours of delivery. 

Dana Chieco Studio is not responsible in any way for stolen packages, or items not received due to shipping addresses incorrectly entered into the website. These are the store's policies, which you are agreeing to with your purchase.
